KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead - Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business intelligence and analytics capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines on Microsoft Azure to support various analytical needs.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Optimize and enhance existing data architectures to improve data quality, accessibility, and performance.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, data modeling, and data security are followed throughout the data engineering process.

- Mentor and guide junior data engineers, providing support in their professional development and project contributions.

- Monitor and manage the performance of data solutions, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Azure data technologies and integrate them into the team's practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure technologies.

- Proven experience in building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

- Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Stream Analytics is a plus.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
