  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in automobile sales, car sales, field sales, field work, or related fields.
  • Strong selling skills with excellent communication abilities for building rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; flexible schedule required (field jobs).
  • Proficiency in using technology such as CRM software for tracking leads and managing data.
