Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI Software Engineer / AI Solutions Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business challenges. You will work across the full software development lifecycle — from architecture and coding to testing and deployment — with a focus on creating intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand use cases and design AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement both front-end and back-end components of AI-enabled applications.
  • Build APIs, microservices, and back-end integrations.
  • Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI applications.
  • Define testing strategies and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize code for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement secure coding practices, including data protection and anonymization.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies, driving innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Software Development (Front-end & Back-end)
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Programming in .NET, Java, or Python (proficiency in at least one)
  • Knowledge of AI orchestration, declarative vs. custom agents, and responsible AI principles

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Power Platform / Low-Code or No-Code Development

Experience

  • 6+ years in Information Technology
  • 4+ years in Software Development
  • Practical experience in at least two programming languages (or advanced expertise in one)

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹2,500,000.00 per month
