Purpose of the Job: To lead the creative direction and visual communication strategy of the brand across all channels, ensuring a consistent, premium, and compelling representation of the C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers' identity. The Creative Director will supervise design teams, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and deliver outstanding creatives for digital, print, retail, packaging, and campaign needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall visual strategy and creative direction for brand communications.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality creatives across campaigns (festive, product launches, store visuals, etc.).
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and external creative agencies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that support campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all collaterals including packaging, print, digital, events, and in-store branding.
  • Innovate on visual storytelling for jewellery collections across different customer segments.
  • Manage photo shoots, model selections, visual compositions, and look book production.
  • Maintain a balance between creativity, quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness in execution.
  • Stay updated on trends in luxury branding, jewellery design, visual merchandising, and digital creativity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in a creative/art leadership role in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Prior experience in jewellery or high-value consumer product branding is an added advantage.
  • Proven portfolio of successful campaigns, branding visuals, and retail communication designs.
