Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SaaS Training Specialist II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the proficiency and productivity of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients maximise the value of our software offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our clients
- Ensure that training you deliver helps clients effectively utilize our SaaS solutions
- Conduct training sessions using various platforms and methods to accommodate client preferences
- Assess and evaluate the training needs of clients and customize programs to address specific requirements
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of your training by collecting client feedback through surveys
- Make use of performance metrics to continuously analyse and improve your approach to training
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to improve your skillset
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to clients to ensure retention and application of knowledge
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, client progress, and feedback to inform future training
- Work proactively with other client-facing teams to address client need
- Follow company best practices to enhance client satisfaction and promote engagement
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of software training experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Training development and instructional design understanding a plus
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A desire to collaborate, with a deep understanding of the technology behind SaaS
- Superb personal organizational skills to ensure all client commitments are met
- Other language abilities a significant plus
- A strong client focus, with the ability to deliver extremely high levels of client satisfaction
Desired Experience/Skills
- Experience with corporate governance, corporate legal teams, or entity management as a plus
