Quality focus

    Ensure that deliverables are implemented with industry best practices and as per the defined designs.

    Accountable and responsible for adequate unit test coverage for the software in own scope as part of the implementation process to ensure early quality.

    Accountable for passing build (warnings and errors in compilation)

    Accountable and responsible to ensure that SW features are well documented using the agreed tools

    Ensure that defects are fixed according to defect process and in a timely manner

Collaboration focus

    Software Developer works as part of agile teams co-operating with other developers and testers as well as the Product Owner. SW developers carry a general awareness of team level competencies (as in "T-shaped" profiles) and processes

    Handles code reviews in the team

    Continuously looks for improvement opportunities in own area and shares them with rest of the team.

Planning focus

    Responsible for participating and actively contributing to agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups, sprint planning and quarterly planning

    Software Developer participates to backlog grooming and story estimations
