What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules — Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and more.
  • Crafting scripts, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and all the behind-the-scene magic that makes ServiceNow work like it should.
  • Collaborating with admins, devs, and business teams to roll out new features and enhancements.
  • Handling integrations (SOAP, REST, scripted), cloning, upgrades, and production troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring scalable, clean, and secure configurations across environments.
  • Bringing strong ITIL/ITSM understanding and real hands-on tech depth.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 4 years as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Strong JavaScript, Web Technologies, CMDB, ITSM fundamentals
  • Hands-on with UI actions, scripts, catalog items, ACLs, workflows
  • Experience with Linux, Web Services, XML/HTML/CSS
  • ServiceNow Certification (CSA) preferred
  • ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus)
