Responsibilities
1.Source and screen candidates from various job portals for our Fintech, NBFC, and BFSI clients.
2.Identify and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including initial screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet hiring targets for bulk recruitment within defined timelines
Qualifications
1.Experience: 3 months to 3 years in Sales Hiring or Bulk Hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
