Role Description

The Associate Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to ensure employees gain the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles. Responsibilities include planning and developing training materials, assessing training needs, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to enhance learning effectiveness. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring collaboration with various teams to align objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver content effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and creating training materials.
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training purposes is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, are preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or previous training roles is advantageous.
