Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists.
  • Introduce and promote our products/services effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
  • Record detailed call notes and update CRM or database.
  • Follow up with potential clients as needed.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
