Ui Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Technical Lead to spearhead the design and development of exceptional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of front-end developers, ensuring best practices in UI/UX, code quality, and performance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/Front-end developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate designs and requirements into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components and frameworks.
- Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
- Stay current with emerging UI technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their applicability to projects.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
- Proficient in UI testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
