Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Telecaller for our Gloves Manufacturing Company.

The candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, along with hands-on experience using digital marketing tools to support lead generation and online brand promotion.

You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our glove products (industrial, household, medical, etc.), converting leads into sales, and assisting with digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers and promote glove products.
• Explain product details, pricing, and offers effectively to customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up with existing ones to close sales.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Business promotions, etc.).
• Use CRM and digital tools to track leads and sales performance.
• Create and share basic promotional posts or creative using tools like Canva.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Provide feedback to the management team about customer responses and market trends.
