About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Videos Intern
to join our early team at
Betterhood
– a fast-growing D2C health & wellness startup. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating scroll-stopping video content for social media, while learning how a content-led D2C brand grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit short-form video content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels
  • Assist in planning and storyboarding creative video ideas for campaigns and product launches
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content aligned with the brand's aesthetic
  • Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, sound, and platform-specific trends
  • Collaborate with the growth and content team to create performance-driven videos
  • Repurpose video content into reels, stories, and shorts for maximum engagement

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
  • Basic knowledge of video shooting (on phone also works) and editing tools (on phone also works)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, camera angles, and social media trends
  • Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style edits
  • Eagerness to experiment, take feedback, and refine creative outputs
  • Must be Bangalore-based and able to work on-site, 6 days a week
