Your Mission:

  • Define and maintain
    end-to-end architecture
    across Data, AI, Application, Integration, and UI layers.
  • Ensure compliance with
    SOC 2
    ,
    data privacy
    , and regulatory standards.
  • Drive
    technology selection
    (Cloudera, GenAI models, cloud platforms).
  • Guarantee
    interoperability
    with CRM and Call Center systems.
  • Oversee
    GenAI integration
    and guide teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as a
    strategic advisor
    for scalability, security, and performance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven expertise
    in enterprise architecture and solution governance.
  • Strong knowledge of
    data platforms
    ,
    AI/GenAI technologies
    , and
    cloud ecosystems
    .
  • Experience in
    integration frameworks

    API management

  • Familiarity with
