Job Title: Field Engineer – Education Projects (Odisha)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing education-based projects like Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), Robotics, STEM, and ICT. The role involves on-ground execution, training support, and technical troubleshooting across schools and training centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and support ATL and STEM-related equipment (3D printers, robotics kits, etc.)
• Conduct technical sessions and provide training to teachers and students.
• Coordinate with project teams, schools, and vendors for smooth implementation.
• Travel extensively within Odisha for field visits and monitoring.
• Prepare reports and feedback on field activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electronics/CS/IT/related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in ATL/STEM/EdTech projects.
• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the state.
