  • Managing the Complete Recruitment life cycle for Sourcing the best Talent from diverse Sources, Manufacturing Hiring NON-IT Experience Is Must (Automotive Industry Preferable)
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of the hiring process autonomously.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Developing, managing, and monitoring the JD, KRA, and KPI with the consultation of department heads, and implementing according to the organization's plans.
  • Generating weekly and monthly HR MIS reports (confirmation Reports, Vacancy Trackers, and any other Reports as per need)
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to legal rules while selecting applicants, as well as acquaintance with key employment laws.
  • Responsible for the New Joiners for the initial settlement and induction process, negotiating job offers and salary packages.
  • Handling the exit interviews and analyzing the reasons for employee turnover.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communicate with Clients independently.
  • Flexible to travel to the site area for business meetings or plant visits.
  • Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industrys best practices.
