Position:Sales Coordinator
Job Role/ Responsibilities:
- Making and Sending Quotation and / or proforma invoices
- Co-ordinating with customers for their requirements and orders
- Follow up with customers for payment
- Handling enquiries or queries of customers
- Preparing sales order
- Co-ordinating with internal team for dispatches
- Co-ordinating with regional team for orders, payments, queries, etc
- Updating despatch details to customers
- Checking stock availability
- Maintaining Sample stock register & outward register
- Arranging sample despatches
- Maintaining & analysing import data
- Support segment heads in review, if required
- Taking MOM, if required during meeting
- Checking customer portals
- Any additional support, if required
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

More than 4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Queries, Quotation, MIS & follow-up.
