Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Shopify App Developer
with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Shopify apps and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Shopify's ecosystem, Liquid, APIs, and modern web technologies to build scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify apps (public & private).
  • Integrate Shopify with third-party platforms and APIs.
  • Optimize app performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks ).
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Stay updated with Shopify's latest features, API changes, and app store guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum
    6 years of professional experience
    in Shopify app development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL)
    and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in
    Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), , React, or
    .
  • Solid understanding of backend development (PHP, , or Ruby).
  • Experience with
    database design and management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    OAuth, authentication flows, and app deployment
    in Shopify App Store.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Shopify Plus
    and custom checkout solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Contribution to open-source projects or Shopify community apps.
