Security Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security and ensure all the protocols are in line with the organization.
• Ensure all updates on local, state, and federal laws concerning security and safety, along with industry best practices.
• Conduct a regular inspections of the premises.
• Monitoring access points, surveillance systems, and other security equipment.
• Look after security checks during shift change to oversee the transition between shifts.
• Maintaining all records of documenting incidents, inspections, training and logs of security personal.
• Ensure that all security polices and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to by the security team.
• Coordinate EHS team for seamless integration of safety and security protocols, crisis and emergency management.
• Collaborate with internal team to align security objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant certification of Physical Security Professionals (PSP)
• Knowledge of Physical Security System and Management Practices.
