Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory and company accounting practices. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory filings (e.g., VAT, GST, TDS, etc., as applicable).
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
