Capita is Hiring: Finance Analyst (CA)
Location: Pune & Mumbai
Experience: 0-1 year
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Nov-24 & May-25 pass outs only
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong grasp of IFRS and financial reporting? Join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements for Group subsidiaries in line with IFRS/applicable GAAP
Review account balances and highlight deviations to business units
Liaise with business units to gather relevant financial data
Address audit queries and coordinate with auditors for timely resolution
Prepare financials for XBRL tagging and regulatory filings
Support tax workings, review documentation, and assist tax partners
Manage and reconcile month-end intergroup balances
Handle documentation for intergroup funding, loans, and borrowings
Review trial balances and assist in month/year-end reporting and analysis
Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests

Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and stakeholder management
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
