We have plans to expand to fmcg retail , insurance , automobile and other industries very soon.

As we have built the foundation of this innovative platform, we are looking for the role of Senior Solution Architect who also brings strong business understanding with technical perspective to join us on this exciting journey

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define and own the technical architecture of enterprise-scale applications and products.

Design microservices-based architectures leveraging Spring Boot, Kafka, and containerized deployments.

Drive cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).

Create Solution Design Documents, Data Flow Diagrams, Threat Models, and integration blueprints.

DevSecOps & Security

Lead SSDLC initiatives by embedding security scans, SCA, SBOM generation, and threat modeling into CI/CD pipelines.

Implement security tools like Sonatype, Trivy, OWASP frameworks to ensure compliance.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure code signing, RASP, fuzz testing, and chaos engineering are adopted.

Product Engineering

Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Lead the migration and modernization of legacy applications into modern architectures (JSP/Java, APIs, Microservices).

Provide technical leadership in performance optimization, scalability, and resilience of applications.

Technical Leadership

Mentor development teams in best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and security-first mindset.

Drive code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical governance.

Act as a point of contact for technical escalations across teams and clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with DevOps, QA, Security, and Product teams to streamline product delivery.

Engage with clients, vendors, and partners to provide technical solutions and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Technical Architect / Senior Architect role.

• Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), TOGAF, or Security (CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus

Core Technical Skills:

Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka

REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Messaging Queues

RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server), NoSQL (MongoDB)

Application/Web Servers: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat

Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP (good to have)

CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, RLM, IDP

Security & DevSecOps

Hands-on with Trivy, Sonatype Lifecycle, OWASP Threat Dragon, Gerrit, Sign Path

Knowledge of SBOM (CycloneDX/SPDX), SAST, DAST, RASP

Exposure to fuzz testing, chaos engineering, and container security

Architecture & Design

UML, Rational Rose, Solution Design, Data Flow & Threat Modeling

Event-driven and microservices-based distributed architecture

Legacy modernization (ASP to JSP/Java, batch to Java)

Other Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL-based processes, and SDLC/SSDLC.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
