Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control Head to lead and manage the credit control and collections function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, reducing overdue receivables, and improving the overall credit performance of the organization. This role involves strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and requires the ability to work under pressure while driving a team toward collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control all overdue accounts; ensure timely and consistent follow-ups.
  • Plan and implement strategies for recovering outstanding payments.
  • Achieve defined recovery targets aligned with the company's financial goals.
  • Prepare and analyze collection reports, MIS, and other related documentation.
  • Regularly review and optimize processes to reduce debtor days.
  • Conduct consistent calling and follow-ups for payments and settlements.
  • Manage write-offs, bad debt provisioning, and establish structured payment plans.
  • Prepare and circulate Daily Collection Reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies to enhance recovery performance and team efficiency.
  • Train and coach team members to boost productivity and compliance.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and make prompt decisions
  • Team management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
