Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics within the automotive industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage supply chain operations, including procurement management and supplier management.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping & receiving and order management systems.
  • Develop and implement demand planning strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Utilize ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive diagnostics standards and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Provide leadership in warehouse management, including equipment repair and maintenance of CMMS systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes related to sourcing, inventory control, and dealership experience.

Experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving protocols and inventory control techniques.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair practices, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with AS400 or similar order management systems is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
