Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting expert to join our team Immediately for the role of "Account Executive"
An incumbent must possess -
o Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience as an 'Accounts- Executive'.
o Should have worked in tally software.
o Should have experience in end-to-end Accounts.
o Manage Fees Collection and Admission processing, Petty cash account.
o Keeping track of all the monitory transactions at the location.
o Reconcile bank accounts.
o Prepare & Compile monthly reports & expenses.
o Manage Employee Leave Records
o Preparation & Processing of Salary / Payments
o Prepare correspondences as needed within the department.
o Assist the school office for various common responsibilities
o Other allied work
Work Relations:
Internal:
· Reporting to Executive Director & Manager- Accounts for Accounting functions.
· Interfacing HR, IT, Accounts and other departments as and when required.
External:
· Liaisoning with Banks, Vendors, Parents Relationship
Expected Competencies:
· Strong communication, interpersonal skills
· Should be good in Microsoft Excel
· Should be well versed with Accounting ERPs such as Tally, Microsoft
· The candidate with Administration experience along with Accounts will be an added advantage.
Conveyance is mandatory as required to travel

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
