Role Focus:
Identify, attract, and onboard top delegates to TheVenio's flagship event IPs.
Build meaningful relationships, ensure exceptional delegate experiences, and support community growth that powers cultural movements.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in business development, community management, or client acquisition (1-2 years preferred).
Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Passion for startups, innovation, and premium events.
Motivation by targets and a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and build a pipeline of high-potential delegates (founders, investors, leaders).
Conduct outreach, qualification, and onboarding for events.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance delegate engagement.
Maintain excellent relationship management and follow-up practices.
Represent The Venio at relevant networking channels and forums.
Location: Bangalore (Work from office).
