Your Role: Admission Counsellor

Be the voice that inspires and guides professionals towards their educational goals while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch products/services with confidence

Conduct engaging product demos highlighting features and benefits

Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, maximizing revenue

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly

Update CRM systems with detailed customer interactions and sales progress

What We're Looking For

Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
