Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated freshers to join us as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC). This role involves supporting clinical research activities, ensuring smooth trial operations, and assisting with patient and study-related coordination under established protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day clinical trial operations and site activities
  • Support data collection, entry, and verification
  • Coordinate with study participants, investigators, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain study-related documents and ensure adherence to protocols
  • Help with scheduling visits, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and GCP guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in clinical research with willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of GCP (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or any equivalent healthcare discipline.
  • Experience: Freshers only (candidates with prior experience will not be considered).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • A keen interest in building a career in the clinical research domain.
