Position Overview:We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Caretaker to manage the company-provided accommodation facilities. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, overseeing day-to-day upkeep, assisting employees staying in the accommodation, and ensuring all utilities and services run smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of company accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as electricity, water supply, internet, and other amenities.
  • Report and coordinate with Admin/HR for any repairs, damages, or service requirements.
  • Assist employees/guests with check-in, check-out, and basic accommodation needs.
  • Monitor safety, security, and discipline within the premises.
  • Maintain records of accommodation occupancy and report updates to Admin/HR.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and maintenance staff as required.
  • Ensure proper waste management and hygienic living conditions.
  • Handle emergencies related to accommodation facilities and escalate promptly.
  • Requirements:Prior experience as a caretaker, facility supervisor, or similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to be available for urgent requirements or emergencies.
  • Qualification & Experience:Minimum 10th/12th pass (basic education required).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
