Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize computer vision models for: Detecting worker safety compliance (hairnet, gloves, mask, PPE). Automating quality inspection of tea packaging and production lines. Identifying product defects, mislabeling, or process irregularities. Train and fine-tune YOLO-based architectures (YOLOv7, YOLOv8, YOLOv9) for real-time detection. Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment. Deploy AI solutions on cloud (AWS) or edge devices for live monitoring on factory floors. Collaborate with production teams to integrate AI systems into daily operations and reporting. Continuously research new AI and automation techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence with a focus on image processing. Hands-on expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV). Strong experience with object detection and pose estimation models (YOLO family preferred). Proficiency in Python programming and use of AI libraries. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience Prior experience in factory automation, quality control, or compliance monitoring. Knowledge of video analytics, IoT, or edge AI deployment in manufacturing setups. Exposure to FMCG/CPG industries, particularly food & beverage production lines.

Key Achievements (Example Profile) Developed AI models to detect safety gear compliance (hairnet, gloves, PPE) on production floors. Implemented real-time defect detection systems, reducing errors in tea packaging. Published research on computer vision applications (e.g., YOLO-based pose estimation).
