Java Backend Developer/ Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party services
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java 8+, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
  • Experience with RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
