Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team to advance battery R&D, focusing on research, fabrication, and optimization of Li-ion batteries for enhanced performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experiments on battery materials, fabrication processes, and degradation mechanisms.

  • Develop and test AI-integrated solutions to mitigate fast-charging degradation.

  • Collaborate on prototyping and scaling cutting-edge battery tech.

  • Analyze data and contribute to patent filings.

Requirements:

  • PhD/MS in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.

  • 3+ years experience in battery research/fabrication, including Li-ion tech.

  • Proficiency in lab techniques (e.g., electrode fabrication, electrochemical testing).

  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with AI/ML a plus.
