Now, it's time to channel that same energy into marketing ourselves. We're looking for a creator -marketer who can become the voice and face of our brands. This is more than a social media role — it's a chance to build brand love inside -out while being at the forefront of the Indian digital marketing ecosystem. - - - What You'll Do Content Creation & Strategy * Ideate and create content for brand handles — videos, carousels, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and more * Manage and execute content calendars across Confluencr, Intent Farm, and Kalakaaar Be the Brand Face * Be camera -confident: create videos, reels, and host interviews * Co -host or lead podcasts and video series for our brands * Support content creation for the personal brand of our co -founders Trend & Campaign Radar * Stay ahead of the curve with marketing trends, brand campaigns, and moment marketing * Leverage this knowledge to craft smart, scroll -stopping content Support Larger Initiatives * Contribute to PR campaigns, awards, and events * Ideate and produce content for internal brand ads * Launch and manage newsletters for clients, creators, and founders - - - Who You Are * Charismatic, confident, and camera -friendly * Fluent in spoken and written English, with storytelling finesse * A quick learner with a sharp grasp of marketing, influencers, and the creator economy * Strong editorial and visual sense with good design taste * Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing focus * Proactive, idea -first thinker — you spot trends before they trend * A builder at heart, eager to create from scratch * Committed for at least 12–18 months - - - Bonus If You Have * Created your own content platform — podcast, YouTube, or Instagram * Experience in digital content, brand marketing, or influencer space * Worked with creators, D2C brands, or storytelling -led marketing * Passion for marketing, culture, and all things digital - - - What You'll Get * All tools & resources to thrive in your role * Mentorship from co -founders of 3 category -defining companies * A chance to become a recognized face in India's marketing space * Exposure to high -impact campaigns, creators, and clients * Clear pathway to leadership in brand marketing * A creative, fun, and high -performance work culture in Bengaluru - - - How to Apply Send us: * A short note on why this role excites you * Links to any past work or content (even personal projects) Location: HSR Layout - Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 0–2 years Preferred Background: Alumni of top institutes (Christ, Ashoka, Symbiosis, MICA, etc.) or candidates with international university exposure
