  • Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals based on client needs.

  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the installation and technical team for smooth execution.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Basic technical understanding of solar systems.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
