We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cinematography Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience in cinematography to inspire and educate aspiring filmmakers. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching core and elective courses, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in the domain of cinematography.

Key Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in cinematography, including (but not limited to):Principles of CinematographyCamera OperationsLighting TechniquesVisual StorytellingDigital and Film CamerasColor Theory and GradingProvide practical instruction using industry-standard equipment. Supervise student projects, films, and cinematography labs. Develop, revise, and update course materials and curriculum in accordance with current industry standards.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. Mentor and guide students on career and project development. Contribute to departmental activities, student evaluations, and academic planning.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cinematography, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in cinematography, preferably with teaching experience. Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating technical and creative expertise.

Proficiency in both traditional and digital cinematography workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in a higher education setting.

Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in cinematography, including drone videography, virtual production, or VR/AR.Membership or affiliation with professional organizations
