Location: Chembur

Candidate is Responsible to maintain safety, security, and discipline within hospital premises, particularly in high-traffic areas like casualty, OPD, or during visiting hours. Expected to handle crowd management, control unruly behaviour, and assist in emergency situations.

Job Description

• Monitoring and controlling access to a venue/premises (checking IDs, authorising entry).
• Patrolling the premises, watching for disturbances, unauthorized activities or crowd/security issues.
• Responding to alarms, emergencies, or incidents (e.g., fights, trespassing) and coordinating with others (e.g., security team or law enforcement) if needed.
• Maintaining logs or reports of unusual events, visitor check‐ins, security incidents.
• Operating or monitoring CCTV / security equipment, ensuring safety systems (exits, alarms) are functional.
• Enforcing rules of the venue: e.g., ensuring patrons follow conduct policies, preventing overcrowding, controlling entry of banned individuals.
• Possibly working shifts (day/night), six days a week, may require being physically fit, alert and able to deal with conflict calmly.

Qualifications/requirements often include:

• Minimal formal education (sometimes 10th pass or "all education levels").
• Physical fitness, alertness, ability to handle conflict and emergencies.
• Willingness to work shifts (day/evening/night), 6 days a week.

Salary will be between 30,000/-
