About the job

The Online Wellness Nurse plays a key role in delivering high-quality health support to users on a digital health & fitness platform. The nurse will assess user concerns, guide them on basic wellness practices, provide health education, coordinate care with fitness/nutrition coaches, and ensure user safety through evidence-based advice

Key Responsibilities: -

Health Assessment & User Support

• Conduct online health assessments through chat/video calls.
• Identify risks, symptoms, and user concerns; escalate when required.

• Provide guidance aligned with wellness goals (fitness, weight management, lifestyle improvement).

• Health Education & Coaching

• Educate users on preventive health, nutritional basics, sleep, hydration, stress, and lifestyle management.

• Share evidence-based tips and simplify medical information for users.

• Support user adherence to fitness/nutrition programs.

• Monitoring & Follow-up

• Track user progress and provide timely follow-ups.

• Review logs like BP, symptoms, or progress reports (if applicable).

• Encourage accountability and provide motivation.

• Coordination with Health & Fitness Teams

• Work closely with fitness coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and doctors.

• Provide clinical insights to enhance personalized programs.

• Ensure smooth handovers and referrals.

• User Experience & Engagement

• Respond to queries on time and maintaining a supportive tone.

• Improve user satisfaction and retain users in the program.
• Provide empathy and emotional support where needed

Eligibility

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
• Fresher or experience in telehealth, clinics, community health, or wellness preferred.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to explain medical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
• Basic understanding of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle health.
• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and CRM systems.
• Empathy, patience, and excellent customer service orientation.
