Expert level knowledge and hands on experience in Networking technologies like, routing, switching, load balancers, NAC, Wireless LAN controllers, Access points, network encryption, BW optimization, proxy, IOT/OT etc...

Expertise in Networking tools like ISE, DNAC, IPAM, RADIUS etc...

Expertise in forecasting and managing thresholds (capacity, performance, optimization etc...)

Monitor and troubleshoot complex network issues, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions to resolve them promptly.

Knowledge and adherence to ITSM and other critical processes

Design, deploy and maintain network baselining of network infrastructure

define, and continuously update network security measures and policies and deploy them.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network efficiency.

Conduct regular network performance assessments and capacity planning.

Develop and document technical procedures and guidelines for network management.

Provide third-level support for network-related issues and incidents.

Capable to proactively identify / mitigate and manage different threats (network, cyber, Vulnerability, bugs etc...)

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing network projects such as upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

Complete network projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting performance objectives.

Analyze network performance metrics and implement optimizations to enhance network efficiency.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams and taking ownership for Network services

Capable to lead network projects, provide technical guidance to support and build a skilled team.

Strong leadership skills are essential for driving network initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.

Continuous improvement of network processes, automation of routine tasks

Capable to Design and implement advanced network solutions to meet organizational needs.

Strong understanding on all routing protocols and basic conceptual deep knowledge in firewalls

Expertise in products like, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Bluecoat, riverbed etc....

Expertise in Protocols/technologies/services like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, VLANS, MPLS, SD-LAN/WAN, VPC, VDC, VPN, SDA, etc.. and network monitoring tools,

Minimum of 8 years of experience in network operations and engineering roles with expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex networks and network services.

Experience in enterprise or corporate environments.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a collaborative

Desired – (base knowledge)

Knowledge in cloud networking technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP - VPC, VNET, Security groups etc...).

experience in scaling network operations, supporting global markets, network transformation

Active participation in industry conferences, speaking engagements, published technical articles, or contributions to open-source networking projects.

Certifications like CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, or above are desirable.

In-depth understanding of network security principles, industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST), compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices in network design and implementation.

Knowledge in regulatory and Data privacy bodies like GDPR, ISO, IEEE, ITU, ETSI, ANSI etc...

Familiarity with emerging trends in networking, such as, network automation, AI-driven networking, or IoT integration.

Other security solutions like PAM, IAM, FIM, MFA, IDS/IPS, UTM, EDR, SIEM, DLP, ZTNA, etc…
