Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality and compliance of user-generated content across platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive user experience by removing or flagging inappropriate or harmful content while adhering to community guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (including text, images, videos) across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
  • Identify and report content that violates platform rules, including harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.
  • Ensure content aligns with the platform's safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide timely feedback and escalate content issues to the senior moderation team when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduates and Above

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience into Content Moderation

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain impartial and objective in decision-making.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of content types and sensitive material.
