Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead fit-out/base build projects independently, overseeing quantity surveying, rate analysis, value engineering, and commercial closure.
  • Manage pre-contracts duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, produce cost plans, and manage the tendering process from pre-qualification to contract compilation.
  • Perform timely cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports for clients.
  • Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages.
  • Contribute to cost risk analysis, value engineering, and negotiation of final accounts.
  • Maintain and update best practices in cost estimating based on project feedback.
  • Utilise technical knowledge of interior fit-out and base build projects, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications
  • B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil Engineering; Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in construction consultancy.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills in relevant construction subjects.
