About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Finance & Fundraising to own business modelling, financial planning, fundraising, and investor relations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SaaS/FinTech startups and a deep understanding of unit economics, financial modelling, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Modelling

  • FP&A
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations
  • Prepare pitch decks, financial models, and investment materials.
  • Support end-to-end fundraising, due diligence, data room management, and investor communication.
  • Build strong relationships with VCs, PEs, angel investors, and banking partners.

Long-Term Strategy

IPO & Governance

  • Contribute to IPO readiness and financial governance processes.
  • Support board reporting, compliance preparation, and strategic projects.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong experience in fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and FP&A.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/FinTech digital wallets, payments, or stored-value ecosystems. business models and subscription metrics.
  • Hands-on, startup-friendly approach with strong analytical capability.
  • Stable career record, strong references, and clean background verification.

Qualifications

  • CA 9–20 years in strategic finance, FP&A, business finance, or fundraising roles.
  • Experience with VC/PE-backed companies and global investor interactions (preferred)
  • Experience supporting or preparing for IPO.
  • Prior role as Head of Finance, Strategic Finance Lead, FP&A Head, or Fundraising Lead in a startup.
