We're Hiring: Food Technologist (Bakery R&D QA)Location: NoidaType: Full-time

After being featured on Shark Tank India, we're scaling fast across Delhi NCR with a vision to make high-quality, innovative desserts accessible nationwide. We're now hiring a Food Technologist who can turn that vision into process-driven reality.

Key Responsibilities:Product Innovation: Work with our chefs to develop new desserts, test ingredients, and launch scalable products (including healthy/sugar-free/gluten-free alternatives)Shelf Life & Packaging: Identify methods to increase shelf life (natural or preservative-based), work on packaging improvements, and run stability trials

Hygiene & QA: Define and enforce SOPs for food safety, FSSAI compliance, hygiene audits, and documentation

Process Optimization: Create repeatable, documented processes that maintain quality across outlets and teams

Vendor Coordination: Work with ingredient and packaging suppliers for trials and sourcing innovations

Requirements:BTech / MSc in Food Technology, Food Science, or related discipline2–5 years of experience in bakery, packaged foods, or food R&DStrong understanding of shelf life extension, ingredient interactions, and food safety protocols

Comfortable in a startup-style environment that's fast, flexible, and innovation-driven

Bonus: Experience in vacuum sealing, MAP, or clean-label formulation
