Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing efforts and boost brand growth. You'll develop and execute strategies focused on SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and influencer marketing to enhance visibility, increase traffic, and generate leads. Youll manage a team and collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic, data-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, traffic, and sales.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and optimize content for improved search rankings and web performance.
  • Plan and execute high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media, maximizing ROI.
  • Lead and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ensure continuous optimization.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns with effective segmentation and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility while driving sales.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Strong creativity, innovation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for creating compelling marketing strategies.
