We are looking for Maths/Science Faculty as a full timer(WFH) to join our team.

Working Hours: 12-9pm(Full-time)

Working Days: 6 days/Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Content Leadership

  • Stay updated with the latest CBSE, NCERT, and Tamil Nadu State Board (TNSB) curriculum for Grades 710.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive online sessions via Google Meet for Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Mathematics during critical academic periods.
  • Participate in the question selection process for Live QBL (Question-Based Learning) content in Science and Mathematics.
  • Design structured study plans with all relevant learning resources and links for live sessions.
  • Assign and monitor homework, assignments, and tests through the Pumpa/Yaclass app, providing timely feedback.

Faculty Development & Quality Control

  • Perform live session quality checks for faculty groups using established evaluation checklists and methodologies.
  • Lead workshop planning and preparation for Science and Mathematics to improve session quality, teaching strategies, and retention rates.
  • Analyze performance data to compare group and faculty metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement result-oriented strategies to enhance faculty performance and live session quality.
  • Encourage adaptive teaching methodologies and foster proactive participation across the team.

Student & Parent Engagement

  • Address student doubts promptly during live sessions and through WhatsApp, in coordination with academic coordinators.
  • Communicate student progress effectively during parent-teacher meetings.
  • Provide detailed feedback and comments for school exam papers shared via coordinators.
  • Ensure timely updates of all academic and operational details in designated Google Sheets and documents.

Qualification:

  • Maths (PG/M.Phil/PhD in Maths or Mathematical fields)
  • Science (PG/M.Phil/PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Zoology or Botany or related Life Science fields or Related engineering fields)
  • Educational degree holder (B.Ed or higher in related to the subjects are given first preference)
  • First preference to the candidates who have cleared the following exams like, CTET, TRB, GATE, JEE, NEET etc.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with B.Ed (in-class and online) for CBSE Classes 9 or higher.
  • Minimum 6 years of teaching experience without B.Ed (in-class and online) for CBSE Classes 9 or higher.
  • OR a minimum of 6 years of experience from reputed coaching centres/competitors (offline/online) teaching CBSE curriculum for Classes 9 or higher.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and motivate faculty teams.
  • Empathetic and adaptive teaching style to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Result-driven approach with a focus on quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Meet) and other online teaching platforms.
  • Ability to foster a positive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills to track and improve faculty and student performance.
