Role & responsibilities

  • Warmly interact with customers and provide expert styling advice.
  • Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide product suggestions tailored to customer preferences to ensure tangible conversion to sales.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, merchandising, and inventory upkeep.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in womens ethnic wear (sarees, lehengas, Indo-western, or unstitched suits).
  • Prior employment with an established retail house having a turnover of 20 Cr or more.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make appropriate styling suggestions.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and upselling skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
