Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appliance Trainer located in Ahmedabad. The Appliance Trainer will be responsible for training service professionals on the repair and maintenance of various appliances. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing the effectiveness of training, and providing ongoing support and mentorship to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance repair and maintenance
• Ability to develop and implement training materials and programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in training and mentorship roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support diverse teams
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Technical certification or diploma in appliance repair and maintenance is a plus
