We're looking for a technology enthusiastic Team Leader with a drive for excellence and out of the box mindset to lead Payoneer's DevOps Delivery team.

What's the job?

· Lead a team of DevOps Engineers in the CI/CD, Automations domains

· Collaborate closely with the associate teams in the DevOps Department.

· Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues

· Collaborate with the R&D leaders to optimize deployment, reliability, failover scenarios, and scale

· Oversee team's deliverables design and architecture

· Coaching and mentoring of your team - leading to success and meeting goals

· Reporting your team's KPI

· Leading POC of RnD requirements from DevOps - leading innovation

· Become the technical authority for your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style

· Responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality and production environment deployment of your team

· Put focus on team professional and personal growth

Have you done this kind of stuff?

· BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience

· 5 years of experience as a hands-on technical leadership in a large-scale environment

· 3 years of managerial experience

· Experience creating infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as: Terraform, Azure ARM templates, CloudFormation

· Experience working with Configuration Management tools (such as Chef, Ansible)

· Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies

· Proven experience working in a production environment

· Solid experience with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Familiar with a microservices architecture and event-driven architecture

· Excellent Bash/Shell/Python scripting skills

Not a must but a great advantage

· Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.

· Experience in NoSQL databases

· Experienced with Queues technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.)

· Experience with .Net Core and .Net Framework porting
