The Team Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial/insurance/investment needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term client loyalty.

  • Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized financial/insurance/investment solutions.
  • Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain client records, manage portfolio, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Resolve client queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, service) for smooth delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, company products, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
  • Knowledge of financial products, insurance, or banking (depending on sector).
  • Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, client servicing, banking, or insurance is desirable.
