Team Manager

The Team Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial/insurance/investment needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term client loyalty.
- Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide customized financial/insurance/investment solutions.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain client records, manage portfolio, and ensure timely renewals.
- Resolve client queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, service) for smooth delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, company products, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of financial products, insurance, or banking (depending on sector).
- Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, client servicing, banking, or insurance is desirable.
