Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
HR Manager
based in
Mohali/Chandigarh, India
. The HR Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and employee relations. The role requires strong experience in U.S. payroll understanding, India payroll statutory compliance, and the ability to handle employee grievances with professionalism and empathy.

You will be responsible for maintaining smooth HR processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements, implementing HR policies, and supporting leadership in building a high-performing, employee-centric work culture.


Timing:
9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Flexible based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities:-

Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Major Focus)

  • Oversee monthly payroll with 100% accuracy
  • Validate attendance, leaves, salary structures & deductions
  • Ensure full statutory compliance:
    PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Labour Welfare Fund
  • Handle payroll reconciliations, compliance filings & documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll reports, audits & statutory submissions

HR Operations:-

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, documentation & exit formalities
  • Maintain HRMS, employee records & HR documentation
  • Assist in workforce planning and maintaining updated HR reports

Performance & Policy Management:-

  • Drive performance reviews, appraisals & KPI alignment
  • Create, update & implement HR policies, procedures & SOPs

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:-

  • Address employee issues, disputes & escalations professionally
  • Ensure timely resolution of grievances and maintain a positive work culture
  • Conduct counselling, disciplinary actions & conflict management

Experience Required:-

5+ years of experience in HR Management with strong expertise in Payroll, Statutory Compliance & Employee Grievance Handling.
