What will you do in a nutshell?

As the Master Data Management (MDM) Manager, you will drive the organization's master data strategy to ensure data 
consistency, quality, and governance across all business domains. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership, cross functional collaboration, and technical expertise to optimize master data practices. Reporting to senior IT or Operations leadership, you will lead initiatives to enhance data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Strategy:

  • Define and execute the organization's MDM strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards.

Ensure Data Quality and Management:


  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of MDM tools and platforms.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
  • Conduct data audits and implement corrective measures to uphold data integrity.

Foster Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Partner with business units to identify and prioritize data improvement opportunities.
  • Work with IT to integrate MDM solutions with existing platforms such as SAP and CRM systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for master data-related projects and queries.

Lead and Develop Teams:


  • Train and mentor the team to ensure expertise in MDM processes and tools.
  • Provide leadership to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Education & Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, or related fields (Master's preferred) with proficiency in 
    SAP, ERP, and MDM tools.
  • Experience:
    3+ years in MDM, including 1+ years in a leadership role, with expertise in data governance and quality 
    management.
  • Key Competencies:
    Strategic thinker with strong leadership, attention to detail, and adaptability to dynamic 
    environments.
